Information stored on your device

The manuscript workspace uses browser storage so you can reuse a title, abstract, keywords and research preferences. This information is not submitted to Mabrig Researcher Pro until you deliberately send an order or another form.

Information you submit

Service requests may include contact details, manuscript files, instructions, payment references and client messages. These are used to quote, deliver, support and document the requested service.

Integrity similarity checks

Similarity checks may create a scan record containing a document hash, similarity statistics and the evidence report when database persistence is configured. An ordinary scan does not automatically add the submitted manuscript to the future comparison corpus. Retaining the manuscript text for future authorized self-similarity or institutional comparison requires a separate explicit opt-in in the Integrity Engine.

Institutional corpus

Administrators should add only theses, projects, articles, previous submissions or institutional material that the service is permitted to retain and compare. Retention permission does not make a source available to anonymous users. Anonymous comparison requires a second administrator-controlled permission and may expose short matching evidence passages; retained public submissions remain private by default. Corpus material is used to find evidence-backed textual overlap, and a similarity score is not by itself a finding of academic misconduct.

Service providers

Configured infrastructure may include database, storage, payment, messaging, scholarly-data and AI providers. Only the information needed for the requested operation should be sent to each provider.

Your choices

You can clear the manuscript workspace from its page, leave corpus contribution disabled, avoid optional AI transformations, and request correction or deletion of submitted personal information subject to legal and operational retention duties.
